In compliance with the Illinois Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Practice Act of 2004 the following information is being provided to you as the "owner or agent of the owner" of the animal(s) for which consent and acknowledgement of services is being obtained.
I am not a veterinarian. I do not diagnose medical issues, offer medical advice, prescribe drugs, or perform surgery.
I am an animal communicator who incorporates telepathy (the translation or interpretation of pictures, thoughts, and emotions from the animals) with energetic modalities, including Shamanic Journey work and Reiki, to provide individualized consultations with dogs, cats, horses, birds, and other companion animals. Your animal(s) will receive gentle and compassionate care based on my knowledge gained through experience and courses taken in these modalities.
My role is that of interpreter or translator, assisting your animal(s) to convey their thoughts, feelings, and emotions so you can better understand their perspective. During the course of our consultations, we also have the opportunity to convey thoughts in return to the animals for clarification and a deeper mutual understanding. The specific results of the communication session(s) will be different for each animal. Beneficial effects of animal communication include understanding their perspective on the source of behavioral problems, releasing trauma and fear surrounding injury, illness, and death, simply understanding the animal's needs and feelings, and deepening the relationship between the animal and his/her person(s).
In addition to animal communication consultations, I also teach Animal Communication and Shamanic Journey work and can provide references to other practitioners.
These services are not an alternative to or substitute for good veterinary care, proper nutrition, training, or exercise.

I agree that Keri Krause, LLC, and Keri Krause will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by my animal(s). Their behavior now and in the future is solely my responsibility. Should any behavior by my animal(s), now or in the future, result in damage to the property, owners or persons of a third party, I agree to assume full liability to such third party for any such damage, and hold harmless Keri Krause, LLC, and Keri Krause.
